I am very unsure of what direction to take during my eating window.
I was Paleo for a pretty long time but only gained weight eating Paleo so I am scared to go back to it. I can live without meat but fear if I cut out meat I will end up eating too many carbs. I want to eat clean and healthy during my window and also enough to keep me full and also to feel excited about food so while I'm fasting I don't fantasize about all the junk I will eat once I break my fast. I do Trx and CrossFit, yoga and some power walking/running and sometimes Zumba/hip hop so in terms of fitness I am ok but need to eat to give my body what it needs exercise wise as well. I need to lose about 10 kilograms.
Would love to hear suggestions from ladies who have succeeded in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and balance with IF and how you're doing it (break it down for me, what you eat, when, exercise etc.)
